the new Global Chief Data Officer at Ericsson!
(US and Canada) Ericsson, a leading Information and Communication Technology (ICT) provider, has appointed Caitlin Halferty as Global Chief Data Officer. In this new role, Caitlin will be responsible for delivering the enterprise data strategy and driving high-value data and AI initiatives across the enterprise. Caitlin and her team are focused on transformation and expansion including data strategy enablement in the organizational units, deployment of the execution framework and multi-cloud platform, and build-out of capabilities for the world-class data team as well as across the organization. Caitlin was previously at IBM, most recently as Partner, Global Finance & Data Transformation and before that as Director, AI Accelerator and Client Success in the IBM Global Chief Data Office.

Timothy Humphrey is the new Chief Analytics Officer at IBM. His previous role was Vice President, Global Chief Data Office at IBM. His mission as Chief Analytics Officer is to embed advanced analytics and AI into IBM workflows to transform the enterprise, and to drive IBM growth and productivity through:
Predictive and prescriptive recommendations surfaced in strategic platforms
AI-driven automation in operational workflows
Standards and foundational assets that increase reusability and reduce refactoring
