As mentioned in a previous post, we are now tracking new hires for the "Chief AI Officer" (CAIO) title at major organizations globally.

In the month of September alone, we found at least NINE new CAIOs and have added them to this month's JOBS Update. 

Thanks to Forbes contributor and longtime industry analyst Joe McKendrick for including a quote from me at the top of his article today on "The Case For Chief AI Officer: A Role Whose Time Has Come?"

In his article, Joe notes that "The CAIO role provides a single central point of responsibility for AI initiatives, which tend to be scattered at this time."
