Brian Lakamp has been President of Clear Channel Digital since October 2011. He oversees the company’s digital strategy, which includes iHeartRadio, as well as the infrastructure, tools and social media integration for its local stations’ branded Internet properties.
Prior to the current role at Clear Channel, Brian was EVP of Digital Media at Premiere Radio Networks. In 2007, Brian co-founded Fluxe, a digital media startup focused on online music.
Prior to that, he served as SVP of Digital Policy at Sony Pictures Entertainment.
Lakamp was also the practice director for Media and Entertainment at Viant Inc., where he led the MovieLink initiative, Hollywood’s first digital distribution platform for feature films.
Lakamp earned a B.S. degree in Mathematics/Managerial Science with a specialization in computing, and a B.A. degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
