Previously he was GM Business Development for TAG Strategic, a digital entertainment consulting firm and President, Media Development & CCO for Nellymoser, an early provider of rich media mobile apps.

Dick helped pioneer the digital music business as SVP, Content Development, at Liquid Audio, playing an integral role in bringing the company public in 1999.
