As Chief Marketing Officer of the Time Warner Global Media Group, O’Hara is responsible for driving strategic growth across Time Warner. A catalyst for creativity and collaboration, she was a key architect in shifting the Group’s focus into a strategic and creative marketing organization.
O’Hara leads the development of integrated marketing programs for top marketers to drive revenue and is also responsible for identifying areas of business growth for the company.
O’Hara leads cross-divisional councils in key disciplines—Ad Sales, Brand Marketing, Content and Research. In response to the industry’s increasing demand for insight and analytics, O’Hara was a driving force behind The Medialab at Time Warner—a state of the art media research facility that will help the content company adapt to ever changing technology and new distribution platforms.
O’Hara joined the company in 2002 as Vice President Corporate Marketing and Sales Strategy at Time Inc. She was awarded the President’s Award for her work on an innovative database marketing tool that enabled precision targeting. In her ten years at Young & Rubicam Inc., O’Hara held leadership positions driving strategy and business development for top advertisers.
